Shipping and Handling

Orders placed before 3.30PM, not including weekends and public holidays, are usually dispatched same day by 1st Class Royal Mail.

We do not accept orders from outside the UK.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 working days, we will notify you by email.

1st Class Mail normally arrives next day, but is not a guaranteed service and, in some circumstances, can take up to 15 days.

Orders not received after a 15 working day period will be reported to the Royal Mail for them to trace. Only after the Royal Mail have confirmed the order as lost or delayed will we arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you. This is a time limit set by the Royal Mail for declaring items lost or delayed.
