Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods without stating a reason. Under these circumstances you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods and they must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase then simply return it to us within 30 days in its original packaging along with your order details and a description of the fault. A replacement cartridge or a refund will then be offered as long as, in the case of ink cartridges, the product still contains a reasonable amount of ink and the reported fault is present when testing. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for returned items that have had the vast majority of the product consumed.

We will refund for cartridges ordered in error only if they are returned to us at your own expense within 14 days of purchase and have not been removed from their sealed packaging.

Faulty goods returned after the 30 day guarantee period will be replaced or refunded only at the managers discretion.
